Moonrise, Tramore, Co. WexfordI'd been watching that cloud bank all evening, convinced it would swallow the moonrise completely. Then a gap opened just above the headland and there it was, the moon climbing fast into clear sky while the sunset hadn't quite finished below. Tramore has this enormous sweep of beach that changes character depending on the tide. Here the water was low enough to expose a wide stretch of wet sand, and it was reflecting back every scrap of remaining
